Karen was exceptionally helpful! This is the first time I’ve ever had a boiler/radiator heat system, and she took the time to explain how things worked and how I should care for the system. She also was able to easily fix the three radiators that weren’t putting out any heat!

Everyone has been very helpful and kind to talk to. The installation of the new furnace was done very well. I am very pleased with the performance of the furnace and looking forward to have the air conditioning done in the spring. Your guys even cleaned up after they were done. The service I received was phenomenal. The service tech made my issue a priority and they were professional and courteous, willing to answer all my questions. I know I got the best quality for the price with Custom Comfort Systems. Would definitely recommend!

Completely out of heat, we called in one local company and the kid came in, said he couldn’t do anything, and left with $75 of our money. Custom Comfort responded in satisfiable time and a tech, I believe was named Karen, came out. She immediately went to work and within an hour had our heater firing up again. Very courteous and professional and clearly very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend her work, at least.
